Pricing, onboarding and process

How much do local marketing services cost?
It depends on what your business needs. I offer a one-time foundation setup and monthly maintenance. Pricing is based on what's actually missing, not a package you have to fit into. I'll tell you the cost before any work starts.
What does working with you look like?
First I look at what your local business already has: your website, your Google Business Profile, your listings. Then I fix what's broken and build what's missing. You'll know what I'm doing and why at every step.
Does monthly online maintenance require a contract?
No. I work month to month. If it's not working for you, you can stop. I'd rather earn the work than lock you into it.

Local SEO and online visibility

Why does my website need to be updated?
Most people in Cleveland and Rutherford County look you up online before they call or visit. If your site is slow, hard to read on a phone, or missing basic information, they'll move on. A simple, current site builds enough trust to get them to the next step.
Why does my Google Business Profile matter?
It's how you show up on Google Maps and in local search results. It shows your hours, phone number, and location. If it's not set up or it's wrong, you're losing customers to businesses that got the basics right.
What is a local landing page?
A page on your website built for a specific city or area. If you want to show up in searches from Rutherfordton or Kings Mountain, a page focused on that location helps Google connect you to those searches.
What is schema markup?
Code that tells Google and AI search engines exactly what your business is: your name, address, phone number, hours, and services. Most small business websites don't have it.
How does AI search affect my business?
Tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers pull from what's already online about you. If your information is consistent and your site is structured clearly, you're more likely to get recommended. If it's not, you probably won't show up at all.
